Prayer
How we use our time is almost always a choice. And often we choose poorly, leaving only a few moments to offer thanks to God for His steadfast love, and praise for His incomparable majesty. Still, our God never refuses the time we set aside to spend in His presence, even if it is less than it should be.
When you have a minute or two, these prayers may be useful. The living tradition of Orthodox worship is overwhelming in its richness and depth, but our Lord needs only a sliver of that abundance to sanctify the “now” when we turn to Him in prayer. May these small offerings allow the good Lord to bless the time which you offer to Him as a spiritual sacrifice!
